Services

Our technicians are experienced in regular service, emergency repairs, new equipment installations, water filtrations and new café builds in collaboration with our design team. We work with many leading manufacturers in the industry, including Kees van der Westen, La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, Victoria Arduino, Mazzer, Mahlkönig, Fetco, Bunn, and Latte Art Factory.

We provide service 7 days a week, with options for after-hours support so your business can stay open and focused on what you do best. We aim to respond as quickly as possible and prioritize cafés with non-operational equipment. Our mission is simple: keep your café serving customers.

Rates

Our standard service hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Any time outside these hours is considered after-hours. Travel is charged as a flat fee and covers a round trip within our standard service area; any additional travel time is billed at our travel expense rate.

Regular Rates

Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM $125/hr + $90 travel expense

After-hours

Outside 9:00 AM–5:00 PM on weekdays $175/hr + $90 travel expense

Emergency Call-out

For non-operational equipment or when rescheduling other clients to prioritize your call $250/hr + $90 travel expense

Weekend Rate

For non-operational equipment or when rescheduling other clients to prioritize your call $300/hr + $90 travel expense
