Auto-Stop-By-Weight
The Spiritello can be paired with an Acaia compatible scale to end the shot automatically once the programmed beverage weight is reached. This removes timing guesswork, tightens recipe accuracy and ensures every extraction lands exactly on target. By shifting control from time-based to weight-based brewing, Baristas achieve more consistent flavour, reduce channeling-related variability, and maintain higher repeatability.

Multi-Boiler Temperature Stability
Dedicated coffee boilers per group paired with a large, powerful steam boiler ensure rock-solid temperature stability and extremely fast recovery. Each boiler is PID-controlled to maintain precise brewing temperatures.

A refined 2" front display, paired with an elegant push-and-turn control, offers effortless access to the Spiritello’s settings and Eco mode. The integrated shot timer appears automatically as the lever is engaged, placing essential information gracefully within view.
